What PRISM SignalWorks provides

PRISM SignalWorks provides diagnostic and advisory materials: the free PRISM Signal Scan, the Nottum experiences and paid briefings such as the Executive Signal Snapshot™. These materials are professional interpretation and guidance. They are not legal, financial, medical or regulatory advice, and they do not guarantee any particular business outcome.

Decisions you make after reading a PRISM briefing remain yours. You are responsible for validating findings against your own systems, records and people before acting on them.

Your responses

You agree that the information you provide in a scan, intake or conversation request is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are permitted to share it. Do not submit customer records, personal data about others, credentials or confidential information belonging to a third party.

You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant PRISM SignalWorks permission to use it to prepare and deliver the materials you requested.

Purchases, delivery and refunds

Paid briefings are delivered digitally after your intake responses are received, within the timeframe stated at purchase. Prices are shown before checkout and payment is processed by our payment provider.

Because each briefing is personally prepared for you, refunds are handled case by case. If something is wrong with what you received, contact us and we will make it right or refund the purchase.

Intellectual property

PRISM, PRISM SignalWorks, the PRISM methodology, the Executive Signal Snapshot™ and all related materials, frameworks and reports are owned by PRISM SignalWorks. You may use a briefing you purchased inside your own organization. You may not resell, republish or redistribute it publicly without written permission.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRISM SignalWorks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
